Registering as a Collaborator

This resource walks you through the steps to complete your registration as a collaborator or Subject Matter Expert.

1. You will receive an email invitation with the subject "Synapse Collaboration Invitation" to collaborate on a training project. Click Accept Invitation

2. You will then be brought to a form that will allow you to complete your account activation. Enter your name, set your password, enter your title and agree to the terms and click Register.

3. Once you click Register, you will receive an email with the subject "Please verify your email". Click on the Confirm Email button to complete your account activation.

*Please note: if you do not receive the "Please verify your email" email, check your spam/junk folder and if you are unable to locate the email send an email to support@getsynapse.com so we can assist with your account confirmation*

4. You will then be redirected to app.getsynapse.com to login!

If you are using SSO, you will not need to complete steps 2 and 3 and instead should be directed into the Synapse platform.
