There are three ways to remove users from within Synapse:

Remove Admins from an Account
If you would like to remove an Admin from your account, please contact support@getsynapse.com.

Remove Users/Project Owners from an Account
As an Admin, you can remove users/project owners from your account if they have not yet accepted the invitation. 

  1. Visit the Users section on the dashboard.
  2. Click the three dots to the right of the user's name.
  3. Click Remove

If a user has already accepted their invitation, please contact support@getsynapse.com to have the user removed.

Remove Collaborators from a Project
As a Project Owner or as an Admin, you can remove collaborators from a specific project. 

  1. Visit the project you'd like to remove the collaborator from. 
  2. Click the collaboration icon.
  3. Click the three dots to the right of the collaborator's name.
  4. Click Remove.
