We’re excited to share that we’ve released an easy way for you to view your team’s availability by week.
If you navigate to the “Capacity” Tab, you’ll see a new view where your team members will be listed with their availability by week.
How is this calculated?
In the Board tab, you’ll want to ensure that all of your Projects have start and end dates defined.
For each Project, you can then click on the “Manage Members” button and assign the team members who will be working on the Project.
For each member, you’ll be prompted to enter the number of weekly hours you anticipate the team member to spend during the project duration.
The Available Hours column will give you an indication of how many hours that member is available for each week during the project duration.
On the Capacity Tab, if you see a number listed in green, that means the team member has that many hours of availability that week. If the number is listed in red, that means they are over capacity by that many hours.
