To access Insights, click on Insights on the top navigation menu. 

You'll be able to toggle between the timeframes of the last 180, 90 and 45 days in the top right corner.  You'll then be presented with charts that show the number of requests that were Approved, Under Consideration or Rejected.

Below the charts, you'll be able to toggle between the different statuses to see more information and export to CSV.
